The easiest way to make Maggi at home !

Material:-




2 packs of Maggi noodles (70 grams each)


2 cups water


1 packet of Maggi masala


2 cups finely chopped onion


3-4 cups chopped chillies (you can use more as per your choice)


1/2 cup chopped carrots


1/2 cup fresh peas


2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped


1 tablespoon cooking oil


Salt and pepper to taste


fresh coriander, chopped

Prepare the ingredients for Maggi



Before you start making Maggi, make sure you have all the ingredients prepared and ready to use. First, chop the vegetables, mince the garlic, and keep the Maggi noodles and masala packets nearby.


Place a vessel on the stove and add 2 cups of water. After that boil Maggi in hot water. When water boils, add Maggi noodles. After that




Cook the Maggi noodles for about 2-3 minutes while stirring occasionally. You want the noodles to be soft but still have a slight flavor. Be careful not to overcook them, as overcooking can make them mushy. Due to which the taste of Maggi gets spoiled.


Strain the Maggi and keep aside:-



Once the noodles are cooked, take them out in a vessel and keep aside. You can rinse them with cold water to stop the cooking process and prevent them from sticking together.

This is a good tip to prevent Maggi from sticking!



 Prepare Vegetable Topping




In a separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon mustard oil on medium flame. Add the chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Until the garlic turns brown.



Next, add finely chopped onion and fry until translucent, usually about 2-3 minutes.



Now add chopped carrots, capsicum and peas to it. Fry the vegetables for 5-7 minutes until they become soft but still retain a slight crispness. Add salt and black pepper to taste and enhance its taste.



 Mix Maggi and vegetables together






When the vegetables are cooked to your liking, add the cooked Maggi noodles to the pan.


Open the Maggi masala masala packet and sprinkle it over noodles and vegetables. Stir everything together well, making sure the spices get mixed in evenly.




If you wish, you can garnish your homemade Maggi with freshly chopped green coriander and grated cheese. These things add extra taste and appeal to your dishes.
