Let us roll up our sleeves and follow our step by step guide on how to make a delicious pasta dish. And starts running towards his kitchen! Before that collect these things.

Material:

2 cups flour

3 large eggs

a pinch of salt

equipment:

mixing bowl

thorn

Rolling pin

knife or pizza cutter

clean kitchen towel

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Preparing the workplace:

Make a clean and spacious space out of your abundant kitchen space. Push it lightly to make it a little irritated.

2. Mixing Ingredients:

Combine flour and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Make a deep well in the lump of flour.

3. Pouring Eggs:

Break three large eggs into a well of flour. This will be the heart of your pasta dough.

4. Mixing Ingredients:

Using a fork or whisk, gently mash the eggs, gradually incorporating the surrounding flour. If the mixture becomes thick, then use your hands.

5. Tattooing in Dough:

Begin tattooing hands into dough. Keep folding, pressing, and turning the dough repeatedly for about 8-10 minutes, or until it is soft and pliable. If the dough seems sticky, add a little more flour; If it looks too dry, sprinkle a little water. Sensation should build into a strong, mutual understanding, like firm, pliable playdough.

6. Resting the Dough:

Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest for at least 30 minutes. This resting period relaxes the gluten and makes the dough easier to work with.

7. Rolling the dough with a rolling pin:

After the resting period, cut the dough into smaller pieces to make it pliable. Take a piece and crush it a little with your hands. Roll out using a rolling pin, starting from the centre and moving towards the edges. Swirl the dough and continue, until it becomes thin and translucent.

8. Pasta Cutting:

You are free to make the dough however you want. For fettuccini, linguine, or tagliatelle, after rolling directly, gently roll the dough into a loose cylinder and cut thin strips using a knife or pizza cutter. If you like farfalle or ravioli-like shapes, use cookie cutters or moulds.

9. Drying Pasta:

Place the cut pasta on a clean kitchen towel or drying rack. Let it dry for about 15-30 minutes. This step ensures that your pasta holds its shape even as it cooks.

10. Cooking Pasta:

Boil salted water in a pot. Gently add the pasta and cook for 2-4 minutes or until it is al dente – hard to bite. Fresh pasta cooks faster than store-bought dry pasta, so cook it carefully.

11. Serving Suggestions:

Strain the cooked pasta and mix with your favourite sauce. Consider options like marinara, alfredo, or a simple oil and garlic sauce. Add more flour by adding grated cheese, fresh herbs, or crushed red pepper on top.

After making the pasta, do feed some to the guests, friends and neighbours who come home, do write the taste of it in the comments!
